La Placita Stairwell

La Placita Village is part of Tucson’s planned revitalization of its downtown. It is based on a Mexican village motif with a shady central plaza, an historic gazebo, shops and restaurants, business offices, the downtown Tucson tourist bureau. It is really colorful and I love it for that despite its being a highly uppyfied “Mexican” village.

Other than a some sharpening, the is how the camera took the photo. I go into sensory overload every time I visit the La Placita.
